The Organizers of The Event at Rebecca Farm would like to invite you to The 2011 Event at Rebecca Farm July 20-24 in Kalispell, Montana, an important step on the road to the 2012 London Olympics.

There will be a full service Press Tent at the Event for your use to include:

• Access to competition with around-the-farm transportation service available.
• Access to basic information (orders of go, daily results, farm map, course maps).
• Competitors, organizers, officials, course designers and federations representatives available for interviews upon request.
• Working space: PC and Mac computers, and printers for your use.
• Press and Photo working areas.
• Storage area with onsite security throughout The Event.
• Press conference area.
• Email and Internet access.
• Light snacks and beverages.
• A friendly, service-oriented, professional environment.

Upon arrival and check in, Press Members and Photographers will receive full briefing, press packages, invites to VIP parties and tours of the facility starting Wednesday, July 20th at 2 p.m. and throughout The Event, upon request. Please schedule in advance via email to ensure availability.

We ask that you RSVP your attendance via email to press officer Brian Schott, press@rebeccafarm.org. Deadline for accreditation is July 10. Please include the names and titles of your representatives along with any special requests.

If you are not able to attend, please let us know if you are interested in receiving daily and/or final results, highlights, press releases and/or photos.
