The United States Eventing Association American Eventing Championships will take place
August 30-September 4, 2022 at Rebecca Farm.
Information coming soon.
Our volunteer opportunities are diverse:
You can help with Dressage, Cross-Country and Show Jumping and learn more about the sport. Other volunteer positions are also fun and an integral part in supporting the success of AEC as a whole. They range from stabling security, helping in the hospitality tent, assisting in the food service cafe, and directing cars and pedestrians.
Sign Up Genius is easy. We encourage you to use this option. You are not required to create an account on the site to sign up, but you are required to provide your email address.
There you will see all the opportunities listed for each day of the AEC. You may sign up for as many shifts as you can volunteer for. We will follow up on your sign-up within 7 days and will also send you an information packet a few weeks before the event.

There are several levels of Sponsorship available for this event, each providing numerous promotional benefits in return for your financial support. Sponsors have the chance to reach an expansive market through on-site branding, media exposure across USEA platforms, email campaigns, and other channels, as outlined in the MEE.AEC Sponsorship document found below. Many levels include a vendor space in the AEC Sponsor Village, providing an opportunity for on-site product sales.
Please contact Marcia at 406-321-1377 or email@example.com for further information or to secure your sponsorship package.
We appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you to Rebecca Farm!
