Become Involved as a Rebecca Farm Volunteer!

As The Event continues to see record numbers of competitors, volunteers are the lifeblood! We welcome back the return of our many loyal and familiar faces and look forward to meeting our new volunteers!
Volunteering for The Event at Rebecca Farm is a lot of fun! As part of our team, you can get up close to the action and support a local non-profit event that has a huge economic impact for the Flathead Valley. We pride ourselves in taking good care of our volunteers!
All adults and teens ages 16 and older are encouraged to volunteer. Teens ages 13-15 must have a parent or adult guardian on-site. Youth under age 13 are welcome to volunteer alongside their parent in some volunteer areas. Please ask for approval by event coordinator in advance.
Our volunteer opportunities are diverse:
You can help with Dressage, Cross-Country and Show Jumping and learn more about the sport. Other volunteer positions are also fun and an integral part in supporting the success of The Event as a whole. They range from stabling security, helping in the hospitality tent, assisting in the food service cafe, directing cars and pedestrians,assisting the disabled, and helping with the 5K Fun Run, which supports our Halt Cancer at X Initiative!
There you will see all the opportunities listed for each day of The Event. You may sign up for as many shifts as you can volunteer for. We will follow up on your sign-up within 7 days and will also send you an information packet a few weeks before The Event.

Rebecca Farm Patron Package
Patron levels of support for The Event (at $500 or $1000) provide the Eventing Enthusiast with a special viewing experience of this World Class equestrian triathlon.
Patrons receive daily access to tents reserved for patrons and sponsors, athletes, owners, officials and Rebecca Farm family. The tents offer a special viewing experience of the competition, as well as the company of eventing experts and enthusiasts. Snacks and beverages are available daily, and a gourmet luncheon buffet is provided on both Saturday and Sunday. The Patron Plus level provides additional support to Montana Equestrian Events, Inc. (MEE) and includes invitations to the exclusive Start Box Party held at the Rebecca Farm Pavilion on the evening of Thursday, July 22nd.
Your patronage is a tax-deductible donation to MEE, a portion of which will benefit the annual Halt Cancer at X Grant Program. Since its creation in 2012, Halt Cancer X has awarded over $700,000 in total grants to local non-profits that offer financial and wellness support services to individuals impacted by breast cancer, and to national research working toward a cure for breast cancer.
