Any horses from infected States (CA) will be stabled separately as possible on the property. Please understand this a fluid situation and we are doing what is best for the equine community and to keep a safe environment. (PDF)

If you cannot make this arrival window, please contact info@grayareaevents.com we will do our best to accommodate you but there may be a fee involved.
The following will be required to be on grounds:
- All CA horses must have a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection issued within 5 days prior to arrival of the Facility that includes a VS and EHV Statement.
- All CA & FEI horses will have to be inspected by one of the event’s vets upon arrival.
- All horses will be required to have/show temperature logs twice daily for 3 days prior to arrival and daily while on site. AM Temps need to be done by 9 am, and PM temps done by 6 pm. If temperatures are not posted on the stall a warning card will be issued, second offense you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
- The person responsible for the horse will examine the horse’s mouth daily for lesions, veterinarian or management will be checking at random after initial inspection upon arrival.
